![]() I changed all the channels on both of my router signals. I googled the problem for suggested remedies. Green light on woofer would turn off and back on every time. Of course once they left and I put on a movie, the woofer was cutting out two or three times a minute for about 2-5 seconds each time. It was professionally installed with my LG C8 55" by Best Buy. LG support wants to make me send these 2 giant pieces back to them to look at and I don't want to have to do that. If anyone has some advice or thoughts would be much appreciated. This would mean that any other bluetooth device someone has in their place would cause ethanol connection to drop out time to time? Why would anyone ever buy this product then?!? I did notice that possibly since the soundbar and subwoofer connect via bluetooth that other bluetooth devices in my apartment could cause a disconnection between soundbar and subwoofer. I did do some research online although I wasn't able to find much on this issue. They also had me rest the subwoofer by holding down the pairing button. Called LG support and they had me reset the soundbar by holding the power button or 30 seconds and unplugging it. Every 10-20 seconds or so the subwoofer seems to cut out - I can tell this because on back of subwoofer the green light will flash as if not connected and the sound coming from the sounder will lack bass. ![]()
